Topic: This international conference on becoming of European hospital buildings aims to make known the work undertaken on the hospital inheritance of the European countries, to study the becoming of hospital inheritance in general, and to share competencies of the European experts on this subject. The experiments and wishes of the scientific and medical community, architects and curators will be shared during this conference.
The results of the work carried out during all the year by the partners of project PAPHE will be presented. This conference will be the occasion to discover the experiments undertaken in the various countries, the recorded or awaited results, the projects in progress, in term of reassignment of the hospital buildings. The conclusions will allow the production of a European working tool intended for the scientific community, to the actors of health, the directions of the cultural inheritance, the political decision makers who assume or will have to assume the restoration, the conservation and the reassignment of the hospital inheritance in Europe.
